A celebration of Italian vocal music! Top tenor Andrea Carè and pianist Liisa Pimiä pay tribute to Luciano Pavarotti.

Luciano Pavarotti is one of the most brilliant tenors of all time. He is especially known as a divine interpreter of the tenor roles in the operas of Donizetti, Puccini, Verdi, and Bellini. His free, powerful, yet warm voice has also brought numerous Italian folk songs and Neapolitan classics to audiences around the world.

Pavarotti also wished to share his expertise with younger generations. One of his last students was tenor Andrea Carè, Turin’s gift to the world of vocal art.

With this concert program, Andrea Carè – who has sung on many of the world’s greatest opera stages – and pianist Liisa Pimiä, an outstanding connoisseur of Italian music, wish to honor the late Luciano Pavarotti and tell the story of the master’s life through words and music.

This concert is a celebration of the art of singing, and the hits will not be missing!
