Thelise is a Helsinki-based electropop artist who is inspired by great emotional experiences, crossroads and the diversity of human relationships.

Thelise’s music is influenced by lyric-driven Finnish pop and international modern electro and list music. The songs are produced by Juho Vehmanen, a musician-producer who is familiar from the line-ups of several top Finnish names (e.g. PMMP, Vesala, VV, Jenni Vartiainen), and the lyrics and compositions are written by Thelise and Vehmanen.

Thelise, who debuted in 2021, released her debut album “Ihmissuhdeanarkisti” in autumn 2022 and started an active release cycle in autumn 2024, leading towards her second album due out this year. Thelise’s music has been heard not only on Spotify’s new music charts and radio, but also on television.

Known for her strong live performances, Thelise has been actively touring all over Finland, both at festivals and prestigious music clubs. In August 2025, she will be part of Musiikkitalo’s summer concerts.

Free concerts are held at Musiikkitalo’s terrace on summer afternoons from Thursday to Saturday, from 29 May until 2 August, starting at 5 pm. The concerts feature talented musicians from the Sibelius Academy of the University of the Arts Helsinki, as well as other Finnish artists. Throughout the summer, the stage will host a diverse range of interesting artists from different genres: mainly pop music on Thursdays, jazz on Fridays. Additionally, the programme includes interesting performances from the fields of contemporary folk and classical music. The early summer Thursday afternoons are dedicated to the Radio Helsinki KESÄLIVE.

In case of rain, the concert will be held inside in the Musiikkitalo Restaurant.
