Can a longing for rebellion or freedom be reflected in music? Like artists in other genres, composers have always expressed their views on contemporary society. Through their music, they have fought on behalf of anything from dissidents to human rights against tyranny and injustice. This hosted concert by the FRSO presents eight provocative works from the 19th century to the present day. Age recommendation 10+.
