Olavi Uusivirta 360-degree spectacle with three orchestras!

If you’ve already seen Olavi Uusivirta at his unrestrained club gigs, on the big festival stages and in stylish concert halls, it’s time to come and experience this 360-degree spectacle!

The music of Olavi Uusivirta will sound bigger than ever before on the concert hall stage of the Music Centre, as his usually four members strong band is expanded into a giant ensemble featuring several dozen musicians.

Olavi Uusivirta is joined by three orchestras: the Chamber Orchestra Avanti, UMO Helsinki Jazz Orchestra and the Finnish Baroque Orchestra. The core of the concert is Olavi Uusivirta and his well-known hits, reimagined from different angles, spun a full 360 degrees and infused with elements of Baroque, jazz and contemporary music. The music is arranged by among others Sanna Salmenkallio, Timo Hietala, Marzi Nyman, Arttu Takalo and Tapio Viitasaari. The orchestras are conducted by Eero Lehtimäki.
