Concert Hall – for magnificent concerts

Versatile and adaptable Concert Hall is ideal for acoustic concerts, as well as a wide range of other concerts and events. The technical equipment at the Concert Hall supports a wide variety of events. The main performance area is on the stage. Additional arrangements can be agreed upon with the staff beforehand.

Capacity
The Concert Hall seats 1688, with 1215 seats in the main auditorium and 473 in the balcony. Up to 20 wheelchair spaces are also available.

360-degree seating with different seating arrangements
While the Concert Hall’s seating arrangement generally positions the audience around the centrally located stage, it offers flexibility: seating can be limited to the front stalls and balcony (capacity 800), reducing the 1688-seat capacity to accommodate approximately 1200 or approx. 800 people.

Organ
The concert hall’s 124-stop organ is a world-class instrument with numerous innovative features. This extraordinary instrument was handcrafted by Rieger Orgelbau in Austria. Due to the complexity and the unique nature of the instrument, using the Musiikkitalo organ requires orientation before the actual performance.
