Your customers will receive personalised service from a team who know the venue and its facilities inside out. Direct your group clients to us – we will take care of everything.
Booking terms and group pricing
- You are free to set your own group rates. Typically, group discounts range from 15–20% off the standard ticket price. The discount does not apply to the service fee.
- A complimentary ticket for the group leader often helps to drive sales.
- If you wish, you may set a different discount for a specific partner or affinity group.
- Group reservations are generally held for eight weeks. The final release date is six weeks prior to the concert.
- For exceptionally large bookings or concerts taking place at short notice, terms can be agreed separately.
- The minimum group size is 10 persons. You may also offer a higher discount for larger groups.
- Tickets are issued as e-tickets, or they may be collected from the box office. They can also be sent by post.
