organizer.
PERSONALIZED TICKETS
The concert features personalized tickets. All tickets within the same order will be named after the
buyer, meaning the buyer’s name will be printed on each ticket. The entire party must arrive at the
concert together with the buyer. Upon entry, the name on the ticket must match the name on the
photo ID presented. The event organizer and venue reserve the right to verify your identity upon entry.
PURCHASING TICKETS AS GIFTS
If you are attending the event with the recipient of the gift, you can purchase the tickets under your
own name. If you are not attending the event with the recipient, during the registration process, you
should register using the recipient’s first and last name so that their name will be printed on the ticket.
PURCHASING TICKETS WITH CULTURAL BENEFITS
In online store, tickets can be paid for using Smartum and E-passi. At the Musiikkitalo box office, in addition to
Smartum, E-passi and Edenred are accepted.
If you purchase your tickets through the online store, please note that only one ticket can be added to
your shopping cart so that the system offers Smartum as a payment method. This is because cultural benefits are personal.
TICKET DELIVERY
To prevent unauthorized ticket resale, this event utilizes delayed ticket delivery. Your e-tickets will be
delivered/available for download in the lead up to the show. PDF tickets will be available for download
starting from June 11, 2024. You can download the PDF ticket by clicking the “Liput / Tickets” button
in the order confirmation.
CHANGING THE NAME ON THE TICKET
As long as the person whose name is printed on the ticket is present, the entire party will be admitted.
If you are unable to attend the event, you can change the name on the ticket once through the
Musiikkitalo customer service. Name changes are possible starting from April 22. Tickets cannot be
resold for a higher price than the original. Tickets sold or offered for sale for a higher price than the
face value will be cancelled.
If you want to change the name on the ticket, please contact Musiikkitalo customer service as follows:
1. Box office at Musiikkitalo: Bring a written mandate / power of attorney from the original ticket
buyer.

2. Via Musiikkitalo ticket sales phone service. The original customer must call from the number
provided in the order details. Phone service: 0600 411 101 (€0.99/min. + local call charge).

ASSISTANCE POLICIES
An assistant accompanying a person with disabilities can attend the event for free. The need for an
assistant must be verified upon request at the event entrance, for example, by showing the EU
Disability Card.
Wheelchair Tickets: You can purchase your ticket through the online store. The wheelchair ticket
includes a seat for the assistant. The assistant will not receive a separate ticket but can attend the
event together with the wheelchair ticket holder. Please note that wheelchair tickets are available in
limited quantities. It is not possible to select both a wheelchair ticket and a regular ticket in the online
store for the same order. Therefore, if someone in your party needs a regular ticket and someone else
needs a wheelchair ticket, these tickets must be purchased in two separate orders.
Other attendees requiring assistance: Please purchase your tickets and request the free assistant
ticket from the Musiikkitalo box office. It is not possible to purchase a free assistant ticket through the online store. However, you can purchase two regular-priced tickets through the online store and
request reimbursement for the assistant ticket from Musiikkitalo as follows:
Assistant Ticket: Purchase two (2) regular-priced tickets, and you will receive a refund for one of the
tickets. The request for reimbursement must be made within two days of purchasing the tickets.

TICKETING TERMS CONDITIONS
1. Your ticket(s) are PDF tickets that will be delivered in the lead up to the show.
2. You can download your PDF tickets starting from June 11, 2024, by clicking the “Liput / Tickets” button in the order confirmation.
3. When arriving in groups, the lead purchaser (the name specified in the booking process on official ticket seller website and displayed on the ticket) must be present in order for the whole party to enter the venue. All members of the party should enter the venue at the same time.
4. In order for tickets to be valid, on arrival at the show the lead purchaser must be able to provide all of the following items alongside their ticket(s):
a. Valid photo ID (eg. driving licence, passport, government approved ID)
b. Booking confirmation email
5. Your ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the promoters.
6. Your ticket(s) are sold by the promoters directly to you the consumer. Any tickets purchased by businesses or traders in breach of the terms and conditions of ticket sale will be cancelled. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are a consumer.
7. Your ticket(s) will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE for a higher price than the face value. If you are unable to attend the event, you can change the name on the ticket once through the Musiikkitalo customer service. Name changes are possible starting from April 22. Tickets cannot be resold for a higher price than the original. Tickets sold at a higher price than the original will be cancelled.
8. Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of 6 per customer.
9. Only tickets purchased through approved ticket agents are valid for admission. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.

Our location could not be more central or easier to get to. Almost all forms of Helsinki public transport stop right outside our doors, cycle parking is provided at all our entrances, and Aimo Park Finlandia, our nearest multi-storey car park, offers lift access directly to our main foyer.
Cloakroom
We ask you to leave your coat and any larger items in the cloakroom. The charge is 2 euros. You can pay with a bank or credit card if you don’t have cash with you. You can also pay the cloakroom in advance when buying your ticket.
Latecomers
Latecomers will be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance or admitted after the interval.
Photography
You are not permitted to record concert performances at Helsinki Music Centre. However, you may take photographs before and after the concert and during applause. Individual concert organisers may have their own, more detail guidance regarding recording and photography.
Dress code
We’re happy to say we have no dress code at Helsinki Music Centre, and we positively encourage you to come as you are. However, we would be grateful if you could avoid wearing strong perfume during your visit so that people with asthma and fragrance sensitivity can enjoy our concerts symptom free.
At Helsinki Music Centre we are proud to be an accessible and welcoming place for everyone. Tactile handrails and signage have been fitted across the building, and there are tactile indicator strips on the floor too to guide partially sighted and blind visitors. Induction loops are always available, and guide or companion dogs are of course permitted within the building.

The route to your seat is always printed on your ticket. Check the door number to find out which entrance to take. The seating areas are marked with letters. There is level access to all wheelchair seats from the main entrances. Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with our venue – our staff are always on hand to help you find your seat.
Black Box, Camerata and Sonore
